Shipping


USPS, FEDEX & UPS

We ship most smaller packages that are under one pound in weight via USPS, with some being sent via FedEx. We cannot ship larger packages than this to a PO Box.

Around 95% of orders that are over 1 pound are shipped via FedEx or UPS. 

Orders of items which are not made at the time of order and are in-stock are generally shipped between 12 to 48 hours after order, with best attempts at shipping same day for items ordered before noon.

Note that ALL of our lighting is hand made at the time of order with careful attention to detail. We do not stock ready to ship lighitng. This means that most lighting will take between 7 to 10 days to be ready to ship.

You will receive an order confirmation as well as tracking info once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for and cannot control transit time. We will do our best to help locate lost packages but ultimately you will need to contact your postal carrier or delivery service to recover it. If your order is returned to us you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

For customers outside of the United States note that ALL courier customs clearance fees, taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do NOT know what those charges will be as each is assessed indiviudually by the courier and by customs. If you have questions you can call FedEx or UPS prior to making a purchase and ask them to provide you with their customs clearance fees for the purchase amount of the products you intend to purchase. This is the only way to get an accurate estimation of their charges. And of course check with your local government for any customs duty charges.

Price of the shipping:
For orders < $50 the price is 7$
For orders >= $50 the shipping is free

If the item is not currently available in our US warehouse, the delivery time will be around 15 working days


Delivery of Items & Responsibility of Items after Delivery to Address:

When making a purchase on our site purchaser agrees that they are solely responsible for their package upon the shipping carrier's notification of delivery to their desired shipping address. Creative Cables is in no way responsible for items stolen or otherwise not able to be found upon delivery confirmation by whichever carrier was used for the shipping of your product, and no refunds nor additional products will be shipped if items are not found after products have been marked as delivered.

If you are ordering an item that would be costly to re-order if stolen we recommend delivery to an address that is attended at all times, for example a rented address with a UPS or similar store.

Please note that shipping carriers do not accept any responsibility nor do they reimburse for stolen items. However, if your item was lost or you feel that it was incorrectly marked as "delivered" you can fill out and submit claims in the following ways with the carriers:

Returns:

All of our lighting is hand made at the time of order. Because items are hand made to order returns are generally not accepted. However, we stand by our custom lighting 100% and will repair or replace any of our lights for any manufacturing fault.

Due to the nature of shipping bulbs, bulb purchases are not refundable.

For all other goods returned for any reason other than if you received an item this is incorrect or not in working order, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In addition, the cost of shipping the product to customer will be deducted from any refund owed. (For example, if you received free shipping and Creative Cables's cost to ship your item to you was $10 then $10 will be $10 deducted from your refund. Or if you paid $7 and the cost to ship your item was over $7 then the amount that was paid for shipping over $7 will be deducted from your refund. Please note and be aware that our average shipping costs is well over $7.)

The cost of all returns, other than for incorrect or improperly working goods, is the responsiblity of the purchaser.
