A former ammunition depot transformed into a fresh and colorful vacation home: Villa Belo, on the island of La Maddalena, tells a story of layers, restoration, and luminous details by Creative Cables.
Built in the 1940s and converted into a residence in the 1970s, the seafront villa retains the charm of that era thanks to its original period furnishings, perfectly integrated into the new renovation project. Architects Manuel Martina and Régis Lannoy chose to enhance the soul of the place by preserving its vintage aesthetic, while giving it a completely renewed and custom lighting system.
Creative Cables plays a key role in this makeover, with lighting solutions that enhance the spaces without compromising their identity. The stars of the project are the colorful raceways for exposed systems, Creative-Tubes, paired with minimalist lamps and vibrant details, transforming the home into a perfect balance between past and present. Every light point has been designed to highlight the 1970s furnishings, creating welcoming and unconventional atmospheres.
Villa Belo is proof of how lighting can make a difference in a project, bringing warmth and character to a timeless space. A retreat overlooking the sea, where design and light tell a story of continuity and innovation.
