General information for the Consumer

Pursuant to Article 49 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Code"), the following information is provided to customers purchasing for reasons unrelated to any professional activity they may carry out (hereinafter "Consumer Customer").

A) The company selling the Products is MOSAIC S.P.A., headquartered in Turin (TO), 10153, Lungo Dora P. Colletta n. 113/9, Tax Code and VAT No. IT09813270015, contactable at the following addresses:

Mosaic markets the Products referred to in letter B) under the CREATIVE CABLES brand, of which it is the exclusive owner.

B) The Products offered by Mosaic belong to electrical systems and components for lighting; for any other specific information on individual Products, please refer to the relevant technical description available on the Website.

C) The price of the Products, including taxes, is the one shown on the Website at the time of purchase. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location.
These costs will be calculated during the Order Procedure and will appear in the summary section after you enter the delivery address, before completing the purchase.

D) The Consumer Customer can choose one of the payment methods listed on the page: Shipments and Payments

E) The delivery of Products to the Consumer Customer will be carried out by carriers appointed by the Company; the Consumer Customer can choose among the available carriers at the time of the Order Procedure, depending on the type of delivery service.
Any delivery times indicated are purely indicative and not binding.

F) The Consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, for all Products purchased on the Site except for customized Products, for any reason and without having to provide any justification, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which they (or a third party designated by them upon receipt of the Products) acquire physical possession thereof.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized.

G) Before the withdrawal period expires, the Consumer Customer must inform Mosaic of their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract by:
        a. filling out a return request in the reserved area. In the "My Account" page, there is a section called “My Return Requests”; just click “Add New Request” and then enter the order reference (which can be found, if necessary, in the “My Orders” section);
OR
        b. using the link and the guided procedure available on the Website in the “RETURNS AND REFUNDS” section;
OR
        c. through any other explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the Contract.

H) Products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the Consumer Customer’s notice of withdrawal to Mosaic, by delivering the carefully packed Products in their original box to one of the return points indicated by Mosaic in the return procedure.
The refund will be issued by Mosaic once the Products have been received at Mosaic’s warehouse; the amount will be reduced by the cost of returning the Products (managed and organized by Mosaic), which, pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Code, remains the responsibility of the Consumer Customer.

For any complaint, report, request for information, or post-sale assistance request, the Consumer Customer can contact Mosaic through one of the communication channels listed in letter A) of these General Information terms.

J) All Products available and purchasable on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity of the Product, the Consumer Customer is entitled to the remedies set out in Articles 135bis et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Mosaic is liable for any lack of conformity of the Product that becomes apparent within 2 (two) years from delivery.
