The magic of Christmas arrives in Bergamo, where Creative-Cables transforms an outdoor space into a unique place designed for relaxation and to experience the holiday spirit.
The first widespread exhibition dedicated to creativity and artistic works, Christmas Design, will take place in the squares and most iconic sites of Bergamo during the 2023 holiday season. The project features twenty signature installations spread across the city’s most symbolic squares, streets, and courtyards, telling the story of Christmas through a unique itinerary that starts in the Lower Town and reaches the evocative Upper Town, straddling the line between reality and illusion.
The “Under the Tree” setup is hosted by La Marianna in Colle Aperto Città Alta and created by landscape and garden designer Lucia Nusiner. Developed with Togni Giardini, it's envisioned as a space to relax, meet friends, and soak up the Christmas spirit.
Twelve tables to sit at and enjoy a hot drink, two of which are set under unique Christmas trees illuminated by our lights. The fir-shaped structures, made from iron rods, are decorated with custom lighting—lamps featuring Ellepì lampshades with original designs. EIVA Outdoor IP65 Socket—able to withstand rain and storms safely—and UV-resistant outdoor cord covered in red fabric completed the installations.
Lighting up the area hosting the art installation “Sotto l’albero” is a lamp with 20 green pendants and exposed light bulbs. Signed EIVA Outdoor IP65, the light sockets are paired with UV-resistant outdoor fabric cable and matching T-hooks.
For a fully customized installation that makes the square’s trees the stars and both decorates and illuminates.
Running throughout the entire exhibition area are the Lumet outdoor string lights. With their fire-red cord and G125 globe-shaped light bulbs, they provide just the right brightness while creating a blend of design, nature, and Christmas tradition. It’s an exciting journey through creativity and art, illuminating a picturesque corner of Bergamo and offering residents and visitors an unforgettable experience.
