Kitchen chandeliers: light above table, island, and peninsula
Kitchen chandeliers make it possible to bring light exactly where it is needed and, at the same time, become part of the interior design. A pendant lamp can light the dining table, follow the length of an island or peninsula, or create multiple coordinated light points above the worktop.
The Creative Cables collection includes chandeliers and pendant lamps for the kitchen available in different shapes, materials, colors, and configurations, from single-light solutions to multiple compositions.
Chandeliers for the kitchen island and peninsula
Above an island or peninsula, pendant lights help visually define the area and directly illuminate the countertop. Depending on the size, you can choose a single chandelier, a linear arrangement, or multiple pendant lamps positioned at the same height.
Being able to choose the number and position of the light points makes it possible to adapt the composition to the proportions of the kitchen, avoiding solutions that are too small or not well balanced in relation to the surface below.
Pendant lamps above the kitchen table
The chandelier above the table must provide pleasant light without obstructing the view. The size, suspension height, and type of Lampshade all influence both the distribution of light and the overall effect in the room.
A single pendant can enhance a compact table, while multi-light chandeliers or groups of pendants are recommended for longer tables and open spaces where the kitchen and dining area share the same room.
Single- and multi-light chandeliers
The number of light points can significantly change the result. Single-light chandeliers create a simple, well-defined focal point; multi-light configurations, on the other hand, allow you to distribute light over larger surfaces.
Multiple Ceiling canopies and off-centering systems also make it possible to position pendants independently of the existing ceiling light point, a useful solution when the table, island, or peninsula is not located directly under the electrical outlet.
Customize the chandelier for your kitchen
With Creative Cables you can build a pendant lamp by choosing and combining fabric cables, Ceiling canopies, Socket, Lampshades and Light bulbs. Colors, materials, and number of light points can thus be adapted to the kitchen and the layout of the space.
Modularity makes it possible to create anything from a simple pendant to a more elaborate composition, choosing every element of the chandelier instead of starting from a predefined solution.
